Mesa Fire and Medical Department Immunization Clinic
Mesa Fire and Medical Department will provide free immunization services to eligible children from birth to age 18 in the City of Mesa and surrounding areas.
WHEN: 5-7 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month through December 2024.
WHERE: The clinic is located on the lower level of the mall near the west side elevator across from Lee Foot Spa. A table will be set-up outside the space at 5 p.m. Masks are required.
ELIGIBLE PATIENTS: The childhood immunization program provides influenza and other childhood vaccines to children (birth to age 18) who are uninsured, are insured through AHCCCS, are Native American or Alaskan Native born or who have insurance that does not cover immunizations.
Please bring all immunization records with you.
These are important to make sure the proper vaccines are given to your child.
Please note that these clinics are not a substitute for those who are eligible to receive immunizations from their private medical practitioner.
Due to Federal and State budget reductions, the Mesa Fire and Medical Department will regretfully no longer be able to immunize children who are covered by a private insurance plan, regardless of deductible amount.
Vaccines available are:
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Haemophilus Influenza Type B (Hib)
- DTAP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis)
- Polio
- MCV4-Meningitis
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella)
- Pnuemococcal
