Superstition Springs Center Management Office is located on the upper level just off the food court past the restrooms and can be reached at (480) 924-5050. Office hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1-5 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1-2 p.m. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Security

Superstition Springs Center Security operates and patrols the property for your safety and assistance 24-hours a day, seven days a week. For services including lost child/parent, lost and found, wheelchair rental and customer escorts to your vehicle, contact Security at 480-641-1052.

Superstition Springs Center and Superstition Springs Power Center are private property. Overnight parking and the following events are prohibited: Flash mobs, scavenger hunts, surveying, petitioning and soliciting. For questions regarding other events, please contact the Management Office at 480-924-5050. 

Guest Services is located inside the Management Office on the upper level just off the Food Court past the restrooms and can be reached at (480) 924-5050. Family Restrooms and Nursing Lounge

Family restrooms are fully equipped with washing facilities, changing tables and children's stalls allowing either parent to attend to small children. Private nursing rooms with rocking chairs and changing facilities are also available, as well as men's & women's traditional restrooms. Restrooms are located on the upper level just off the Food Court.

Physically Challenged Guests

Superstition Springs Center provides special parking and restroom accessibility, complimentary wheelchairs, automatic door entrances and elevators.

Double Decker Carousel

Our double-decker carousel is located on the upper level in the food court and is open during regular center hours. Ride pricing is per person and as follows: 1 ride token = $5. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover accepted. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the retailer. 

Kids Play Area & Toddler Town

The Kids Play Area and Toddler Town is open mall hours and it's located on the lower level west end of the mall. The Play Area and Toddler Town is closed for cleaning during the following times: Sunday-Thursday at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. & 2 p.m. and Friday-Saturday at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 2 p.m. & 6 p.m.

Charging Stations

Charging stations are available for your convenience at all of the soft seating locations and at the Kids Play area located on the lower level, west end of the center.

ATM

The ATM is located in JCPenney Court on the upper level bridge next to the Coca-Cola vending machine.

Stroller Rental

Make your next shopping trip hassle free and rent a stroller at Superstition Springs Center. Strollers are located inside the mall near the following mall entrances on the lower level:

• Dillard's
  
• T.J.Maxx next to the stairs
  

Outdoor Amphitheater

The scenic outdoor amphitheater offers a relaxing setting anytime of the year and is home to a variety of community events. If you are interested in performing in the outdoor amphitheater please contact the Management Office at (480) 924-5050.

Mall Walking

Superstition Springs Center mall entrance doors open at 8:30 a.m. Monday-Saturday and 9:30 a.m. on Sunday for mall walking. Walking both the lower and upper level of the mall equals approximately 1 mile.
